After completing their rigorous assessment process we are very proud to announce that we recently gained a Which? Trusted trader status!
How does the assessment process work?
To become a Which? Trusted Trader the process is very rigorous and involved. Their endorsement scheme only recognises reputable traders who pass the assessment process, which examines everything from credit report to customer satisfaction.
10 of our customers were contacted at random by the assessor, and we were over the moon to hear nothing but good feedback from those we have worked with.
Also examined were our business and administrative procedures to ensure they were customer focused. We even welcomed the Which? Trading standards professional to our showroom and factory for a face to face interview so they could get a good understanding of all aspects of our business.
We were very pleased to receive our report and delighted to find out that we met their high standards. We now carry the Which? Trusted Trader logo with pride.
